Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition is to be paid monthly and is due the first (1st) of each month. Should the first fall on a non-business day, tuition will then be due the first business day of the month. Tuition is to be placed in the locked mailbox using the provided payment envelope.

Tuition is due the first day of the month. In the event that your tuition is not received by the 3rd of the month, regardless of when the 1st of the month falls, a $50.00 late fee is automatically charged and added to the monthly tuition. If the tuition plus the late fee is not received by the 3rd of the month, the child cannot come back to the child care center until the back tuition and late fee is paid. Any specific issues about accounts will be handled by a separate department.

A half day in preschool is considered 4 hours or less. Half days are ONLY available in Preschool classrooms.

Before and After School Care Children (PUBLIC SCHOOL AND CALVARY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL): No additional charge for any ½ day when schools are closed and a ½ day of care is required. An additional $15.00 fee is assessed for every full day in attendance when schools are closed.
For Before Care only students or After Care only students "drop in" (Public School and Calvary Christian School), when school is closed for a 1/2 or full day, the following fees are assessed: $19.00 for every ½ day (4 hours or less) additional charge $25.00 for every full day (over 4 hours) additional charge Advance notice is required if your child needs ½ or full day care
Annual Registration Fee: Assessed upon enrollment and every September thereafter. Single Child Family: $50.00 Multiple Child Families: $75.00
Tuition Discount: Sibling 7% Calvary Full Gospel Church 10% A $35.00 annual activity fee will be assessed for children in the following classrooms Toddlers, Youngest Preschool, and all Preschool Classrooms. Assessed upon enrollment and every September thereafter.
